Airport Authority of India – Airports in Kerala

1. In case the State Disaster Management Authority decides to requisition the services of Indian Airforce, Indian Navy, Indian Army, Coast Guard, BSF or CRPF aircrafts for deployment of armed forces or rescue forces, the airport to which the SDMA determines the operate such aircrafts to, in Kerala will have to facilitate the landing of such aircrafts at the time determined and intimated by SDMA. This is a standing instruction issued under Section 24 (h) and 72 of Disaster Management Act, 2005.

2. All Airports shall provide nodal officers not below the rank of Airport Managers for liaisoning with KSDMA
